LANDOVER, Md. -- The Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington Commanders play today with kickoff slated for 1:00 p.m. Eastern. The matchup will air on CBS and Paramount Plus.
Several streaming services will broadcast the game live and you can watch on Fubo (free trial and $20 off your first month), DirecTV Stream (free trial), Paramount+ (free trial) and Sling (promotional offers).
These are two squads that have surprised many outsiders, the way they’ve both climbed to the top of their division standings. The biggest key is these teams know their identity on both sides of the ball, take advantage of what’s in front of them, and repeat the process the next week.
Pittsburgh’s defense remains among the league’s best, with an offense with a little more flavor after plugging in Russell Wilson into the offense. Washington is quite similar, though their quarterback is younger in stud, Jayden Daniels.
This should be a good one.

Steelers - Commanders Matchup Preview
The Steelers have been running through these teams and forcing everyone to take notice to what’s brewing in Pittsburgh. Russell Wilson has made this offense look organic, making plays outside of the pocket and making scores happen. Especially in the recent win over the Giants, throwing for 278 yards and one touchdown. Najee Harris would add to the flow with 114 rushing yards as well. The defense remains among the best, giving up the second fewest points per game (14.9).
The Commanders have stunned folks the way they’ve come out on the scene this year, and if they continue their play in the second half of the season, can win their first division title since the 2020 season. Jayden Daniels looked good with 209 passing yards and two scores in the recent win over the Giants, as well. With the defense holding them to 10 points through the first three periods. It just gives such excitement to what could be witnessed ahead of the rest of the season.
